Chamber of commerce hosts polish agriculture conference organized by PBG



In  28th of January 2016, nine polish agricultural companies participated in the Best Agricultural solutions in Poland conference , in Iraq in Najaf Chamber of Commerce , which organized by Polonia Business Group and sponsored by many polish state authorities.

Marek Pardyak the president of Polonia Business Group said that :" the conference attracted the best agricultural companies in Poland especially those are interesting in working in Iraq".

Pardyad added that : "Poland is one of the biggest and most important supplier of food products to European market. We developed the highly competitive and technologically advanced agriculture methods giving us the leader position in EU countries".

Pardyak explained the rezones of choosing Najaf because of the stable of security situation in the city and because Najaf is important agricultural city.

The chairman of Najaf chamber of commerce Eng. Zuhair Sharba welcomed the polish delegation and expressed his willingness to support the work of polish companies to enter the Iraqi market.

Many agricultural specialists, officials  and  companies owners and farmers attended the conference and were very interested in the presentations were  shown.

The conference held under the auspicious of Polish governmental entities related to agriculture sector.

It has to be mentioned that it is the third conference conducting by Polonia Business Group in the chamber of commerce , as it conducted one for building technologies and one for food companies last year.

Polonia Business Group was established in 1908 and is cooperate with the polish national bank, Polish agency for information and foreign investment, Krakow chamber of commerce, Agricultural market agency , Ministry of Development , Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development , Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and Export Credit Insurance Company.
